How does conditional logic work?

Conditional logic allows you to show or hide fields based on previous answers. For example, if a participant selects "Professional" as their type, you can automatically display an "Company Name" field. Use operators like equals, not equals, contains, or does not contain to create dynamic, personalized forms.

Can I manually approve registrations?

Yes! The approval system allows you to review each registration before accepting or rejecting it. You can set up an approval workflow where registrations are automatically marked as pending, and you can then approve or reject them individually or in bulk. This is perfect for events with limited capacity or specific requirements.

How does QR code check-in work?

Each registered participant receives a unique QR code via email. On event day, you can scan these QR codes using our mobile app or web interface to instantly validate entry. The system works offline and syncs data when you regain connectivity. You can also manually check in participants if needed.

Can I set registration limits?

Absolutely! You can set a maximum number of registrations for your event. Once the limit is reached, the form will automatically close or display a waiting list option. You can also set limits per group or category, allowing you to manage different participant types separately.
